Most people arrive with something on their mind: a change they have noticed, a treatment they have read about, or a question they have been meaning to ask for a while. The clinic is made so that saying it out loud feels easy. Every choice in it was made for the person being treated rather than for the photograph.
None of it is for show. The rooms look the way they do because the people who made them care how you feel in them, and that care is meant for everyone who comes through the door. Whatever has brought you here, you will be met without judgement.
A serene setting makes for a clear decision
The clinic is quiet, private and never rushed, and that is a clinical choice as much as a comfortable one. Someone who feels at ease says more about what is really worrying them, asks the question they nearly kept to themselves, and takes in what they are told.
That makes for a better conversation, and a better conversation makes for a better plan. Nobody hurries you in or out, and what you say in a consultation room stays there.
What happens at a consultation
Safety comes first, and stays first
A beautiful room counts for nothing if the medicine in it is not sound. Behind the calm of the clinic sits the discipline of a medical practice: careful notes, trained hands, products that can be traced and a clear plan for what happens after you leave.
You will rarely see most of it, and that is how it should be. It is the part of the care you should never have to ask about, and it is in place every time, whoever treats you.
Your history, first.
Before anything is planned, your practitioner reads your medical history and asks what has changed since you last came in.
Trained for the treatment.
Whoever treats you has been trained in that treatment and taught to carry it out to the clinic's standard.
Nothing unaccounted for.
Everything used on you comes from an authorised supplier and is noted in your record, so you can always know what you had.
Never on your own afterwards.
You leave with written aftercare, and the people who treated you are a phone call away.
Only the treatments worth having
The range here is small by choice. A treatment or a device joins it only once Dr Priya is confident it makes a difference you can see, and it stays only while it goes on doing so. The test is the same whether a treatment has been trusted for a decade or arrived this year.
Dr Priya holds Key Opinion Leader roles for several of the devices used in these rooms, so the technology here is chosen by someone the makers themselves turn to. Whichever treatment you have, it is among the best of its kind.

Nothing in the clinic was left to chance, down to the smallest thing your hand might rest on. ART Clinic was created by Dr Priya Verma and her co-founder, Gaurav Verma, the clinic's Managing Director. Between them, both the medicine and the running of the place sit in founders' hands: Dr Priya leads the clinical side, and Gaurav the organisation that supports it.
They made the clinic they would want to be looked after in, and they remain closely involved in keeping it that way.
