Skin Tightening

Endolift® Face

A slender laser fibre is eased beneath the skin of the lower face and neck under local anaesthetic, warming the tissue in a way designed to firm it from within, with no cuts to heal. It suits people noticing heaviness along the jaw, softer jowls or a looser neck, who want a crisper outline back. Most resume their plans the same day, the anaesthetic leaving only minor swelling.

Endolift® Body

Endolift® Body brings that laser fibre to areas where skin has loosened: the upper arms, the tummy, the inner thighs and just above the knees. It is chosen by people whose skin has softened after a pregnancy, a big change in weight or the years, and who would like it firmer. You go home and carry on with your day, expecting only mild swelling where the anaesthetic went in.

120–150 min

From £3,000

XERF

XERF sends radiofrequency energy into the skin from a handpiece gliding over its surface, so there is no needle and no numbing to wait for. It suits anyone noticing the first slackening at the cheeks, jawline or neck who would rather keep their week clear. One visit is all a XERF treatment involves, and the firming builds over the months after.

Injectable treatments

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Small, precise doses of botulinum toxin, a prescription medicine, quieten the muscles that crease the forehead, pull a frown and fold the skin beside the eyes into crow's feet. They suit people whose lines deepen with expression, and are also used for a jaw muscle that clenches and for heavy sweating under the arms. The effect builds over about two weeks and lasts three to four months.

15–30 min

From £200

Dermal Fillers

Gels of hyaluronic acid, placed with care to give back the support that time takes from the cheeks, under-eye hollows, lips, chin and jawline. They suit people who look flatter or less defined than they once did and want that structure quietly restored. You can see the difference as soon as the appointment is over.

30–45 min

From £500

Biostimulators

Each of the four, Profhilo, HarmonyCa, Juläine and Sculptra, is designed to set your own collagen to work, so firmness and fullness come back steadily over the months that follow. They suit people whose skin has thinned or lost its substance and who like a change that arrives gently. Your practitioner matches the product to your skin and the area.

30–45 min

From £350

Polynucleotides

Purified DNA fragments, given as a short course of injections, are designed to support thin skin as it renews itself, adding no volume at all. They suit crepey skin beneath the eyes, on the neck or over the chest, for people who want the skin itself in better shape. The EyeLite Protocol combines them with NCTF for the under-eye area.

30 min

From £350

Skin Boosters

Hyaluronic-based injections (Celora Vita, Restylane Vital, NCTF and SkinVive) are laid within the skin, where they hold water and soften fine creasing. They suit a face or neck that feels dry, looks dull or has lost its smoothness. Your features keep their shape; the skin over them is what improves.

Other treatments

Microneedling

The SkinPen Precision Elite opens a dense pattern of fine channels, and the skin's repair over the following months is designed to refine its surface. It suits people with rough texture, acne scarring, pores that look larger or early fine lines. Any session can be finished with an exosome serum if you'd like.

75 min

From £350

LaseMD Ultra

A fractional laser at 1927 nm treats the skin just below its surface and leaves the outer layer intact. It suits sun spots, patchy tone, dullness and uneven texture, for people after clearer skin without taking much time off. Book a single session or a short series, as your skin needs.

60 min

From £450

Facials

ART Clinic offers four clinical facials, each centred on a peel or resurfacing mask, from the Obagi Blue Peel Radiance to the Signature Belgravia Facial. They suit congested or blemish-prone skin, a dull or uneven complexion, and anyone wanting regular care between other treatments. Your practitioner picks the one that fits your skin.

60–90 min

From £195

LPG Endermologie

The Cellu M6 Infinity treats the face or body with measured suction and motorised rollers, in sessions most people find deeply relaxing. It suits anyone wanting steady, hands-on care for their skin, from the jaw and neck down to the thighs and hips. It is usually booked as a course and then kept up at intervals.

30–60 min

From £185

MediLUX LED

A MediLUX panel bathes the skin in LED light across five wavelengths, set for you, with no needle, nothing touching the face and no recovery afterwards. It suits skin that looks tired, stressed or below its best. Sessions can stand alone or sit beside another treatment.

Know what's changed,
but not what treats it?

Plenty of patients arrive that way, and it's a good place to start. The Concerns pages begin with what you've noticed, a tired look, a loosening jaw, rough skin, and set out which of these treatments address it and why.

Weighing up two of them?

Skin boosters or polynucleotides, Endolift® or XERF: the choice turns on your skin, the layer that has changed and how quickly you'd like to see a change. Your practitioner can settle it at a consultation, and many plans combine two treatments in a set order.

Price List

Each treatment page ends with its own prices. To compare them side by side, from the consultation fee to courses of six or twelve, the Price List has every fee in one place.

Found the one you came for?

Book a consultation and your practitioner will examine your skin, the tissue beneath it and how your face moves, then plan the treatment around what they find: the product or setting, how many sessions and when you'll see the change.

Book when it suits you, and take the plan away to think over. You won't be sold to, and you won't be pushed.
