Booking, changing or cancelling a visit, and what to do if the day runs late.
How do I book?
Online, at any time of day, through ART Clinic's booking page, where you pick the appointment, the practitioner and a free slot. Prefer to talk it through? Ring 020 3355 2030 or message 07768 641274 on WhatsApp, and a Patient Coordinator will make the booking with you. You can also email info@art-clinic.co.uk if you would rather put a question in writing before settling on a time. Whichever route you take, your booking is confirmed by the contact method you prefer, and a deposit holds the appointment for you. Online, you see every free time at once and can choose without waiting for a reply.
Request a consultation
Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
For most treatments, yes, and it is where your plan is made. Injectable treatments and Endolift® are booked after a medical consultation, because the doctor planning them needs your health history and a close look at how your face rests and moves. Already know what you'd like? Plenty of patients do, and the consultation then settles its areas, amounts and timing for your face. For LPG Endermologie, the first step is a short telephone consultation with our nurse, so you can begin without travelling to Belgravia. Whichever kind you have, its fee comes off treatment you go on to book within six months.
What the consultation covers
I've been to ART Clinic before. Can I book my next treatment straight away?
Yes. A treatment already in your plan can be booked online or through reception without a fresh consultation. Your notes, photographs and plan stay on file at the clinic, so your practitioner picks up where your last appointment left off. If your health or medicines have changed since your last visit, mention it before the appointment: even a new prescription or a recent illness can alter what is right on the day. Thinking of a treatment you haven't had with us before? Reception can tell you whether it needs a consultation of its own.
Can I ask for a particular practitioner?
Yes. Each practitioner's free times show in the online booking, so you can choose the person as well as the slot. Not every practitioner gives every treatment, so the names on offer depend on what you select; the facials, for instance, are booked with our nurse, Marita Andrews. Not sure who would suit your treatment? Reception can recommend someone, and our team pages introduce each practitioner's background and focus. Once you have found the person you like seeing, you are welcome to book with them at every visit that follows.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel or move an appointment?
48 hours. Tell us two full days ahead and the appointment can be moved or cancelled at no cost. With less notice, or if an appointment is missed, any deposit or consultation fee paid for it is kept. A call to reception or a WhatsApp message is the quickest way to let us know, and a new time can usually be found in the same conversation. The notice period exists because a time given up at the last minute is hard to pass on to another patient.
Full Terms & Conditions
What happens if I'm running late?
Phone as soon as you know, and we'll try hard to keep your appointment. The diary runs to time, so turning up more than ten minutes late can mean rebooking for another day. A call gives reception the chance to see what can still be fitted in, or to move you to the next free time. Holding a slot back for a late arrival would cut into the next patient's appointment, and nobody's treatment should be hurried. On a first visit, a few spare minutes for the walk from Knightsbridge takes the pressure off.
Fees & payment
Consultation fees, deposits, courses and how to settle the bill.
How much does a consultation cost?
£100, in person or by video, or £150 with Dr Priya Verma. The first consultation for LPG Endermologie is a phone call, at £50. The fee pays for the consultation itself: time to hear what you have noticed, an examination, a plain account of what lies behind it, and a written plan with its costs. A video consultation is charged the same as one at the clinic, so you can pick whichever suits your week. Nor is the fee lost if you go ahead, since it counts towards treatment for six months.
Fees for every treatment
Is the consultation fee taken off the cost of treatment?
Yes. Start treatment within six months and the amount you paid for the consultation is deducted from your bill. That window lets you take the plan home, think it through or wait for a calmer month, and still have the fee count. It applies equally when treatment follows straight on from the consultation and when it begins weeks later. Unsure whether a booking falls inside the six months? Reception can look up the date of your consultation for you.
Do I pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit secures your appointment, and the amount is shown as you book. When the slot is more than 48 hours away you have 48 hours to pay it; for anything sooner, it is taken as you book. An Endolift® treatment date is held with a £500 deposit. Once paid, it reserves that time for you alone. It is kept by the clinic only when an appointment is missed, or cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours' notice.
When do I pay for treatment?
On the day, in full, for each treatment you have. Courses bought as a package are the exception: those are paid at the outset. Every fee is published on the Price List, and where the cost depends on how much is used, as with filler priced by the millilitre, the amount is agreed with you before treatment begins. That way the bill at the end of your appointment holds no surprises.
How can I pay?
Debit or credit card, cash, or bank transfer: whichever is easiest for you. The same choice is open for consultation fees, deposits and courses paid in advance. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and the clinic keeps no record of your card number.
Can I buy a course of treatment, and how long is it valid?
Yes. Where a treatment is offered as a course, as Polynucleotides, Microneedling, LaseMD Ultra and LPG Endermologie are, the course is paid upfront and its sessions can be used over twelve months from purchase. Sessions left unused after that lapse, so it is worth booking the dates early. Courses come as three sessions of polynucleotides or microneedling, four of LaseMD Ultra, and six or twelve of LPG Endermologie, and each costs less than the same number of sessions paid for singly. Your practitioner suggests the spacing when the plan is made, which makes the dates easy to fix at your first session. Should you need to stop part-way, talk to us: unused sessions are looked at case by case, as our Terms & Conditions explain.
Could the price change after I've booked?
No. Prices are reviewed now and then, but whatever you're quoted at booking is what that course costs you. If the Price List changes between your first session and your last, the sessions still to come stay at the price you agreed. A treatment you plan later is charged at the fee current when you book it. The Price List always shows today's fees, treatment by treatment and practitioner by practitioner.
Why are there two fees for many treatments?
One is for treatment with Dr Priya Verma, who founded the clinic and is its medical director; the other is for treatment with another member of the team. Both follow the clinical standard she set, so the choice of column is simply yours. Consultations follow the same pattern, at £150 with Dr Priya and £100 with Dr Michelle Emett. A treatment with a single fee is given by one practitioner, as the facials, microneedling and LPG Endermologie are by Marita Andrews. Weighing up the two? Reception can tell you who offers the treatment you want and when each of them is free.
Your first visit
What to bring, who you will meet, and how your first appointment at ART Clinic ends.
Is there a form to fill in before I come?
No. Booking is the only step beforehand. Your health, any medicines and past treatments are talked through in person at the consultation. Your practitioner asks the questions and notes the answers, so nothing has to be completed alone at home, and anything you're unsure of can be worked out together. A consent form comes later, just before treatment, and you sign it only once each of your questions has been answered.
What should I bring?
Nothing essential. If you can, note the names of any medicines you take and any treatments you have had before, wherever they were done; if a name escapes you, your practitioner will help piece it together. Rough dates matter most for injectables, since filler or anti-wrinkle treatment from another clinic can shape what is planned, and when. A photograph from a few years ago can help too, by showing your practitioner what has altered since. For a video consultation, choose somewhere quiet with good daylight, so your skin shows clearly on screen.
Who will I see?
A doctor, chosen by you when booking: Dr Priya Verma, or her colleague Dr Michelle Emett. An LPG Endermologie consultation is a call with Marita Andrews, our nurse. Both doctors consult at the clinic and by video, and the doctor you book stays with you from your first words to your written plan. If part of that plan is later carried out by another member of the team, your notes and plan go with you, so nothing needs explaining a second time.
Meet the people who treat you
How long should I allow?
The full time shown on your booking confirmation, plus a few minutes to arrive and settle. Nothing is hurried, so it helps not to plan anything tight straight afterwards. Hoping to have treatment the same day? Mention it as you book, since that needs extra time on top of the consultation. Many people like a moment afterwards to read their plan through or ask reception a last question, and nobody will rush you out.
Can someone come with me?
Yes, you're welcome to bring someone along for company or a second opinion. A partner, relative or friend can help you weigh the options on the way home, though everything agreed goes home with you in writing anyway. Anyone who comes along needs to be 18 or over, and pets stay at home (assistance dogs excepted). Coming on your own is just as usual, and the consultation is private and one to one either way.
Could I have treatment the same day?
Often, yes. Several treatments can follow on directly when you've agreed the plan and are happy to proceed. Say so as you book, so enough time is kept free for both. Whether you go ahead there and then is your decision on the day, and changing your mind at that point is completely fine. Longer procedures, Endolift® among them, have an appointment of their own, with the date held by a deposit.
What if I want time to think before going ahead?
Take as long as you like. Your written plan comes home with you, and its first step can be booked next week or next year. Questions often surface a day or two later, and you can put them to us by phone, WhatsApp or email whenever they do. Meanwhile your consultation fee goes on counting towards treatment for six months. You won't be sold to, and you won't be pushed.
I've never had any aesthetic treatment. Is that a problem?
Not at all; many patients start here with no experience of treatment whatsoever. Your practitioner explains each option in everyday words, including how it feels and what the following days are like, before you decide anything. A first plan can be as modest as you wish, and it grows only if you choose. Our page for newcomers sets out what to expect and what to ask.

Site-wide answers on choosing, combining and seeing results; each treatment page holds its own detail.
I'm not sure which treatment I need. Where should I start?
With what you have noticed, rather than a treatment name. Describe it at your consultation, or browse by concern first to see what usually lies behind a change like yours. Two changes that look alike in the mirror can have quite different causes, which is why your practitioner examines you before suggesting anything. The concern pages are arranged by what people see, such as tired-looking eyes, a softer jawline or uneven skin, and each one leads to the treatments that address it.
Browse by concern
Will anyone notice I've had treatment?
The aim is that they can't. Friends usually remark that you look well or rested, never that anything was done, because each plan is built around your own features and the result you describe. Doses and amounts are set for your face rather than from a standard template, and the features you like are left as they are. Several treatments also work gradually, building collagen over weeks, so the change arrives too slowly for anyone to pin down. With an event coming up, tell us the date, and treatment can be timed so any redness or swelling has long settled.
Does treatment hurt?
Far less than most people expect. Numbing cream or a local anaesthetic is used wherever it helps, and what you feel is usually brief: a light pinch, or some warmth. Microneedling appointments include time for numbing cream to take effect first, and Endolift® is carried out under local anaesthetic. Your practitioner checks how you are throughout and will pause whenever you ask. Every treatment page gives its own discomfort score out of 10.
How soon will I see results, and how long will they last?
It varies widely by treatment. A few work within the week, while collagen-building treatments develop gradually over the following months. Anti-wrinkle injections, for example, show a change within three to five days and typically hold for three to four months, whereas Endolift® goes on firming for months after the swelling has gone. Each treatment page opens with its own onset, longevity and downtime figures, so you can compare treatments at a glance. At your consultation, you hear the timings for your own plan.
See all thirteen treatments
Will I need time off afterwards?
Usually not. Most people go back to work or their plans the same day, with at most a little redness or swelling that soon settles. Where a quieter day or two would help, your practitioner tells you at the consultation, so you can plan around it. Endolift® is the treatment most worth planning for, as swelling is at its height over the first few days; its aftercare page follows recovery stage by stage.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes. Many plans pair two or three treatments, spaced and ordered so that each supports the next; your practitioner sets that order with you. A skin treatment often sits alongside an injectable, since one works on the surface and the other on the support beneath it. Some pairings share one appointment: the Re:New Protocol, for example, joins a facial peel with polynucleotides injected into the neck. Others are spread out so the skin can settle between them.
Do you treat men?
Yes. Men come to ART Clinic for many of the same concerns as women, and our page for men answers the questions they raise most. Often it starts with a tired look around the eyes, lines between the brows, or a jaw that has softened. Plans are made for the proportions of a male face, so the result keeps your features and expression your own. Booking online needs no conversation with anyone, and every consultation is private and one to one.
For MenAftercare & follow-up
Written advice, your review, and how to reach us between appointments.
Will I be given aftercare advice?
Yes. You're talked through what is normal over the coming days and what helps, and a written copy of that advice goes home with you. It is specific to the treatment you have had, so it covers what matters for that one, from skincare to exercise in the first days. Following it gives your result the best start and lowers the chance of problems. Keep it somewhere handy, and if any part is unclear once you are home, ring or message us.
Is there a follow-up appointment?
Yes, for most treatments: we see you again after the result has settled in. It's a chance to judge the result side by side with your practitioner and agree any fine-tuning. The photographs taken before treatment are set beside new ones, so you can see the change for yourself. For Endolift® and LaseMD Ultra, the review is included in the treatment fee. It is also the natural moment to talk about what comes next in your plan.
Who do I contact if something worries me after treatment?
Us, straight away. Ring 020 3355 2030 in opening hours, or send a WhatsApp message to 07768 641274, where a photograph can come too. Outside opening hours, the number for ART Clinic patients is 020 3355 2155. Most worries are settled in one conversation. Mild redness, a touch of swelling or a small bruise often follows treatment and usually fades within days, so never feel a question is too trivial to send.
What if I'm not happy with my result?
Tell us, ideally at your review. Your practitioner looks at the result alongside you and talks through what could be adjusted. Some treatments take weeks to reach their full effect, so the review is timed for when a result can be judged fairly. Many results can be refined or reversed if needed: hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme, and anti-wrinkle injections soften on their own over a few months. If talking it through with your practitioner does not settle things, our complaints procedure explains how to take it further.
I've had Endolift®. Where is my aftercare?
On its own page, which follows recovery stage by stage for face and body, to read alongside the advice you were given on the day. It covers the first two days, getting back to your routine, the signs worth a call, your reviews, and keeping in touch if you recover far from London. If anything there differs from the sheet you took home, go by the sheet, since it was written for your treatment. Questions in between can come to us by phone or WhatsApp at any point.
Endolift® Aftercare
How often will I need to come back?
That varies with the treatment and your plan. Your practitioner suggests the likely timing of each next step when the plan is made, and revisits it at every review. Anti-wrinkle injections are usually repeated after three to four months, as they wear off; courses run as a series of sessions spaced over weeks or months; and Endolift® is reviewed months later, once collagen has formed. The dates are a guide, and you choose when to book each one.
How do I make a complaint?
In writing, by email or by letter. Every complaint is acknowledged within three working days, and a full written reply follows within 20; if looking into it takes longer, we write to tell you why and when to expect an answer. If you would rather start with a conversation, your practitioner or reception will listen and try to put things right there and then. Raising a concern never affects the care you receive, and our policy also names outside bodies you can approach if our reply leaves the matter open.
Our complaints procedureSafety & practitioners
Who treats you, how they are trained and registered, and how medicines are handled.
Who carries out the treatments?
Injectable treatments are in the hands of ART Clinic's doctors, Dr Priya Verma and her colleague Dr Michelle Emett. Marita Andrews, our nurse, gives the skin and body treatments, among them LaseMD Ultra, Microneedling, LPG Endermologie and the four facials. Endolift® is performed by both doctors, Dr Michelle having learned it from Dr Priya, and XERF by either doctor or Marita. Safety & Standards lists every treatment with the practitioner who performs it.
Who performs each treatment
Are your practitioners registered?
Yes. Our doctors are on the General Medical Council register and our nurse on the Nursing and Midwifery Council's, and both registers are public, so anyone can check them. Searching a name on the GMC or NMC website shows whether that person is registered and any conditions on their practice. Registration is a legal requirement for working as a doctor or nurse in the UK, and it holds each of them to their regulator's standards. On top of that, Dr Priya is a member of BCAM and the JCCP, which both press for higher standards across non-surgical aesthetics.
Is ART Clinic accredited?
Yes. Save Face, whose register is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, has accredited ART Clinic since 2025, following a 116-point inspection of the clinic. Dr Priya Verma is the clinic's accredited practitioner. The inspection, made by one of Save Face's nurse assessors, looks at the clinic itself, the registration of those who treat, and where products come from. ART Clinic's listing can be found on Save Face's own website.
Our Save Face listing
Who trains the clinical team?
Dr Priya Verma, the founder. Each clinician learns her way of assessing, planning and treating, so the standard you receive does not depend on whose name is in the diary. She also trains other doctors in Endolift® internationally, and taught Dr Michelle Emett the technique herself. Each practitioner brings their own medical background as well: Dr Michelle has more than 15 years in aesthetic medicine, and Marita Andrews works on an NHS maxillofacial surgical ward alongside her aesthetic practice.
How are prescription-only medicines handled?
Face to face. Anti-wrinkle injections rely on a prescription-only medicine, so a prescriber examines you at the clinic before it is prescribed. A video consultation can plan it, and the prescription follows once you come in. It is issued in your name and covers only the areas you agreed. Each product used goes into your notes with its batch number, so it can always be traced.
Is what I tell you kept confidential?
Yes. Your records are stored securely and shared with no one without your consent, unless the law requires it. Clinical photographs form part of your medical record, and none appears anywhere else, our website included, without your separate written permission. You can ask to see the information we hold about you at any time, free of charge. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is kept, for how long, and your rights over it.
Our Privacy Policy
Is there a minimum age for treatment?
Yes, 18. ART Clinic treats adults only, and under-18s are not permitted in the clinic, including as companions. That covers children of every age, so if you have little ones, arrange for someone to look after them during your appointment. From 18 on, patients of every age come to ART Clinic, and each plan is made for the skin you have now.
Visiting the clinic
Finding Lowndes Street, getting here, and the building itself.
Where is ART Clinic?
On Lowndes Street in Belgravia, at number 14A (London SW1X 9EX), a few minutes on foot south of Knightsbridge station. The street lies in a quiet part of Belgravia, between Knightsbridge and Sloane Square. Our Contact page has a map of the streets around it, with links that open directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Map and directions
What's the best way to get there?
By Tube, for most people. Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly line is closest, and that line runs direct from Heathrow; Sloane Square and Victoria are also within walking distance. Sloane Square is on the District and Circle lines, and Victoria is where the Gatwick Express arrives. Several bus routes run along Knightsbridge and Sloane Street, a short walk from the door, and a taxi can bring you to the street. The Contact page sets out each route in full.
Is there parking nearby?
Some, though spaces near the clinic are scarce in the daytime, so a taxi or the Tube is often easier. The Contact page gives the options. Most bays in the surrounding streets are for residents or pay by phone, so if you drive, leave extra time to find one and the search won't eat into your appointment.
When is the clinic open?
Weekdays, with a later finish on Thursdays. Current hours are always on the Contact page. Online booking stays open around the clock, so you can choose a time whenever it suits you. For ART Clinic patients who need advice after treatment outside those hours, there is a separate line, 020 3355 2155.
Is the clinic accessible?
Let us know as you book if you use a wheelchair or find stairs difficult, and we will make the visit work for you. The same goes for any other need, from a longer appointment or a quieter time of day to written information in another format. If our online booking is hard to use with a screen reader or other assistive technology, call 020 3355 2030 and reception will book for you.
Will I meet other patients while I wait?
Rarely, since appointments are spaced so that any wait is short. If you would prefer not to see anyone, ask for the first or last appointment of the day. Your consultation and treatment take place in a private room, so once you are through its door no one else is present unless you bring them. Nobody needs to explain why they would rather keep their visit to themselves.
A question we haven't answered?
Our Patient Coordinators will pick it up by phone, WhatsApp or email, and pass it to a clinician whenever it needs one. And once you have what you need, book online at a time that suits you.
