Concerns
You don't need to know what it's called. Pick the description that matches the change you've spotted, and its page explains what usually lies behind it and which treatments address it.

What have you noticed?
Read the descriptions rather than the names. The one closest to what you see is the page to open.
Skin Quality & Texture
This is about the skin itself rather than the shape of the face beneath it. It shows as brown patches and freckling left by years of sun, redness that lingers across the cheeks and nose, pores that seem to have opened up and a surface that has lost its smoothness. With age the skin can also thin, so fine lines gather and make-up sits less easily.
Tightening & Lifting
Skin laxity is skin that has loosened over the structure beneath it, because the collagen and elastin that keep it firm are renewed more slowly with age. On the face it shows as a softer cheek and a deepening fold beside the mouth; at the neck, as crêpey skin and lines that stay. On the body it tends to appear above the knees and on the inner arms. Pinch the skin gently and it takes longer to spring back than it used to.
Jawline & Lower Face
The line that runs from the ear to the chin starts to blur. Small pockets of heaviness gather beside the mouth and along the jaw, and the angle beneath the ear loses its crispness. It is most noticeable in profile, in photographs taken from the side and on video calls, where the lower face meets the neck.
Eyes & Tiredness
People ask whether you've slept, even after a good night. Behind that look there is usually a shadow cast by a hollow beneath the eye, darker or thinner skin over the lower lid, or puffiness that is there in the morning and lingers. More than one of these can be present at once, and the rest of the face can look fresh while the eyes look worn.
Volume & Refresh
Fullness that once rounded the cheeks and temples gradually reduces as the fat pads and the bone beneath them change. The face can look flatter from the front and sharper in profile, with shadows where there used to be a soft curve. It often shows after weight loss or a period of hard training, and many people describe looking drawn rather than older.
Body & Cellulite
Below the face, the changes people notice most are dimpling on the thighs and buttocks, skin that has loosened over the abdomen or above the knees, and contours that exercise hasn't shifted. Cellulite is extremely common and has more to do with how the tissue under the skin is structured than with weight. Looseness often follows pregnancy, weight loss or simply the years.
Vitality & Optimisation
Long stretches of poor sleep, stress and fatigue tend to show in the face before anywhere else. The skin looks duller and drier, the area under the eyes darkens, and the whole face looks less rested than you would like. It is the sense of being out of balance, visible in the mirror.
If you recognise
more than one
Most people do. Faces rarely change in a single way: skin thins, cheeks flatten and the jawline softens over the same few years, and each of those affects how the others look. Start with the page that sounds most like you. At your consultation, your practitioner looks at your face as a whole and puts everything you'd like to improve into one plan, in an order that makes sense for you.

For Men
The concerns men raise with us most (frown lines, tired eyes, a softer jaw, weathered skin), set out with straight answers on downtime, on discretion and on keeping expression natural.

Bring the change as you'd describe it to a friend. Your practitioner assesses the skin, the structure beneath it and the way your face moves, then explains what is behind the change and the plan that will address it, with the reasons for each step. If travelling to Belgravia is difficult, the first conversation can be a virtual consultation. You won't be sold to, and you won't be pushed.
