For Men

Doctor-led treatment for the changes men tend to spot first: a tired look that a weekend's sleep won't shift, a frown that reads as stern, a jaw that has lost its edge. Planned around a male face, timed around your work, and kept between you and the clinic.

Planned for how a man's face is built

A man's face ages on a different frame. The skin is thicker and oilier, the muscles that crease it pull harder, and the bone at the brow ridge and the jaw is heavier. Treatment designed around a woman's features and carried over unchanged is how men end up looking smoother, softer or subtly altered.

So every plan we make for a man starts from those differences: where treatment goes, how much is used, and which features are left exactly as they are. Done that way, it works. You look rested and sharper, and your face is still unmistakably your own.

What men usually come in about

Men seldom arrive asking for a treatment by name. They arrive with something they caught in a photograph, a video call or a shop window, and want to know what it is and what will improve it. These are the ones we hear again and again.

Looking tired when you aren't

Usually a hollow under the eye casting a shadow, darker skin in the same place, or bags that stay however well you slept. Often two of those together, which is why each is assessed separately.

Frown lines and a stern expression

The muscles between the brows and across the forehead crease the skin each time they tighten, until the lines are there at rest. Softening that movement changes how you come across in a meeting more than how you look in a mirror.

A jawline losing its edge

The angle below the ear blurs as bone and support change with age, and early jowls start to break the line. A broad lower face can also come from the jaw muscle itself, more often in men who clench.

Looseness at the neck and under the chin

Skin laxity that shows most just above a shirt collar, and in photographs taken from below.

Skin that shows years outdoors

Brown spots, enlarged pores, rough texture and uneven tone: the record of sport, travel and summers without sunscreen.

A face that has thinned

Hollowing through the cheeks and under the eyes, which can make a lean face look gaunt, particularly after weight loss or years of endurance training.

Heavy underarm sweating

Sweating that marks a shirt by mid-morning is something we treat too, with a short appointment once your consultation is done.

The treatments men choose, and what each one changes

Described here by the difference each makes, not by its name on a price list. You and your practitioner decide which belong in your plan.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Relax the specific muscles behind frown and forehead lines, so your face looks less tense at rest and still moves when you talk.

Dermal Fillers

Build definition at the chin and the jaw angle, or restore fullness lost from the cheeks and under the eyes, placed so a male face keeps its angles.

Endolift®

Laser energy delivered from just beneath the skin, through a fibre and with the area numbed, to tighten the jawline, early jowls and the soft area under the chin.

XERF

Radiofrequency energy firms loose skin across the face and neck from within, with no needles and nothing to recover from before your next meeting.

Biostimulators

Prompt the skin to build firmness of its own over the following months, for skin that has grown thinner on the cheeks and neck.

Skin Boosters and Polynucleotides

Injected in tiny amounts to improve the skin itself: hydration and texture with a skin booster, thin crepey skin beneath the eyes with polynucleotides.

LaseMD Ultra

A gentle laser for skin weathered by sport and travel, fading sun spots and bringing patchy tone back to one even colour.

Microneedling

Fine, precise needling that sets off the skin's own repair, to smooth old acne scarring, refine open pores and even out a rough surface.

Around the working week

Most treatments here need no time off at all: you can come in at lunchtime and be at your desk again that afternoon. The planner shows, treatment by treatment, what to expect.

Why no one should be able to tell

i

Change arrives in stages

Many of these treatments build over weeks rather than overnight, and plans often begin with one area. People notice you look well, or rested, long before they could say what is different.

ii

The male features stay put

Placement protects what makes a face read as male: a straight, low-set brow, flatter planes across the cheek, a firm angle at the jaw. Softness or height added in the wrong place is what gives treatment away, so the plan never adds it.

iii

Every result is checked with you

When a treatment has had time to settle, you sit down with your practitioner to look at it together, and anything further is planned on what you both see.

Private from the first click

You can book online without speaking to anyone, and choose your appointment from the times on offer.

If you'd rather talk things through before coming in, a virtual consultation lets you do it from home or a quiet office, with the same doctors who consult in the clinic.

Consultations are one to one, in a private room at our clinic on Lowndes Street in Belgravia. What you discuss, and what you decide, stays between you and ART Clinic unless you choose to share it.

A doctor-led assessment comes first

Your consultation is with one of the clinic's doctors or practitioners, and every plan made here is doctor-led. They examine your face, take your medical history and build the plan with you, and any prescription-only treatment is prescribed after you have been assessed in person.

Dr Priya Verma, the clinic's founder, is known worldwide for Endolift® and teaches it to doctors internationally. She also trains every practitioner at ART Clinic, so the standard you're treated to doesn't change with the name on your appointment.

Questions men ask

i

I've never had anything done. Where do I start?

With a consultation, and with whatever you've noticed. It helps to bring a recent photograph that bothered you, if there is one. Plenty of men begin with a single area and take it from there.

ii

Can I speak to someone before I come in?

Yes. A virtual consultation covers your concerns, your medical history and a first plan by video. Treatments that use a prescription medicine need an in-person assessment at the clinic before the first appointment.

iii

What about shaving?

Your aftercare covers when to shave and when to use your usual products again, set for the treatment you've had.

iv
