LPG Endermologie
LPG Endermologie uses the Cellu M6 Infinity’s measured suction and rollers to work the skin of the face and body: regular care for how skin looks and feels.
Request a consultationAt a glance
Onset
2–3 weeks
An LPG course starts at two sessions a week, so this is four to six sessions in; the relaxation programmes are designed to help you unwind from the very first hour.
Longevity
4–6 weeks
LPG's own guidance keeps up what a course has done with one session a month, so upkeep falls every four to six weeks, at a pace you choose.
Downtime
None
LPG leaves the skin unmarked, with nothing to heal: a meeting or an evening out can follow straight away; if you bruise easily, the suction is set more gently for you.
Discomfort
1–2/10
Most people find the Cellu M6 Infinity's steady lift and roll relaxing: the suction is matched to your skin's sensitivity before you begin and eased whenever you ask.
Procedure time
30–60 min
30 minutes for the malar region, 45 for the face and neck, and an hour for each body or relaxation programme.
A mechanical treatment, offered for what it does well
People come to us for LPG Endermologie for their face and neck, or for their thighs, hips and abdomen. We offer it because the Cellu M6 Infinity works the skin and the layers beneath it with a precision and consistency hands can't match, in comfortable sessions that need no recovery time, and because it sits well alongside other treatments in a plan. It is chosen as regular care for how skin looks and feels, and where slack skin on the upper arms, abdomen or thighs also bothers you, Endolift® Body can join it in the same plan.

Suction, two rollers and a flap
The Cellu M6 Infinity's treatment head draws a fold of skin into a small chamber with measured suction, and two motorised rollers and a motorised flap work that fold as your practitioner glides the head across the area. Suction, rhythm and vibration are all set for your skin, and sensors in the body head read the height of each fold and the speed of the head, so your practitioner can keep the treatment even across a whole area. The face has a dedicated head of its own, with a narrower chamber for the delicate skin around the eyes and mouth.
Endermologie is LPG's name for the method, which the company bases on mechanotransduction, the principle that cells respond to mechanical stimulation.

ii
A medical check by phone, before your first session
LPG starts with a 30-minute consultation call with the nurse who gives it here. She goes through your medical history, the medicines you take, any recent surgery or injections, and what you'd like LPG to do for you. Because LPG works the tissue under the skin as well as the skin itself, those answers shape every session: how strong the suction is, which areas are worked, and how your visits are timed around anything else you're having.

Planned around your other treatments
iii
Planned around your other treatments
The call settles which of the seven programmes suits you, two for the face and five for the body, and how often to come; at each session the settings are personalised to your skin and adjusted as you go. Face programmes come one at a time or as a course (six sessions or twelve), body programmes session by session. With no recovery time, LPG slips easily into a wider plan, with sessions arranged between other appointments and timed around any injectable treatment.

"Isn't it just an expensive massage?"
iv
"Isn't it just an expensive massage?"
It's more than that. Hands can knead, but they can't lift the skin into a fold with a measured amount of suction, work it with motorised rollers and a flap at a set rhythm, and keep the fold and the pace even across a whole thigh, which is what the Cellu M6 Infinity's sensors help your practitioner do. It is given by a nurse, after a medical check on the call, with the programme chosen for what you want from it and the settings matched to your skin.
What it gives is regular, comfortable care for the skin, with nothing to recover from, and it sits easily beside the clinic's treatments for loosened skin.
Face, body and relaxation: what people choose LPG for
Most people come to LPG for one of three reasons. Each row says what a session does and what it is chosen for; the last shows where loose skin, cellulite, puffiness and lifting are looked after, in a plan that can include LPG as well.
i
The face and neck
The face head works across the face and neck with suction and a rolling rhythm set for facial skin, in a 45-minute session; the malar programme concentrates on the cheekbones and the skin beneath the eyes, using the narrower chamber, in 30. People choose it as regular, needle-free care for how the skin of the face looks and feels, with no recovery time, so a session can sit before a meeting or an evening out, and it fits easily around injectable and skin treatments in the same plan.
ii
The body programmes
Each body programme is an hour on the couch in a close-fitting suit, the body head working one area at a time, its sensors helping keep the treatment even. Cellulite Smoothing concentrates on the thighs, hips and buttocks, the area it is named for, and Firm and Sculpt and Silhouette Reset follow LPG's own body protocols. People choose them as regular care for how the skin of the body looks and feels, in an hour designed to be comfortable throughout.
iii
Relaxation
Recovery and Relief, the clinic's own programme, and VSS (Vitality, Stress & Sleep), built on a protocol LPG designed, are rhythmic sessions across the body for people who want an hour that helps them unwind. They can help you relax, ease everyday tension and promote a sense of wellbeing, and they sit comfortably between other treatments in a plan.
iv
Loose skin, cellulite, puffiness and lifting: where to take each
At ART Clinic, LPG is chosen for the skin itself, for how it looks and feels from one session to the next. What sits close to it has its own place in a plan: for loosened skin on the body, Endolift® Body, designed to tighten it from beneath; for early laxity in the face and neck, XERF; for cellulite, an in-person consultation that assesses the skin and the tissue under it; and for puffiness or swelling that doesn't settle by itself, your GP is the right first call.
Which of these suits you, and how LPG sits among your other treatments, is settled on the call.
What happens,
in order
Step 1 of 6 · Ahead of any session
Your LPG plan, made by phone with the nurse who treats you
In a 30-minute call, the nurse who gives LPG takes your medical history, including medicines and any recent surgery or injections, asks what you'd like the treatment to do, and suggests a programme and how often to come. The call costs £50, which counts towards treatment taken within six months.
LPG, and four treatments
that work from within
LPG works on the skin from the outside, with nothing added and nothing removed. These four each do something different, and several sit well beside it in one plan.
Endolift® Body
For body skin that has grown loose, on the upper arms, abdomen or thighs, Endolift® Body works from beneath the skin: a fine laser fibre, under local anaesthetic, in a single procedure performed by one of ART Clinic's doctors. It is designed to tighten from within, a change that calls for a procedure rather than a course of sessions, and it needs no time off: you leave the clinic free to carry on with your day, any minor swelling coming from the local anaesthetic.
Polynucleotides
Where thinning has made the skin of the abdomen, inner arms or thighs crepey, polynucleotides go into the skin itself by injection, usually over three sessions, and are designed to help it repair. LPG works that skin from outside, and both can run side by side.
Biostimulators
One of the biostimulators has a body session of its own: poly-L-lactic acid, injected beneath the skin, where it is designed to prompt your tissue to form new collagen, building support gradually, month by month. It suits skin that has lost support as well as firmness, which calls for a treatment placed beneath it; your assessment settles where it is placed and how many visits it takes.
XERF
If the skin of your face or neck is starting to loosen, XERF is built for that stage: radiofrequency heats the deeper layers through the surface, needle-free, to firm laxity while it is still mild, the change building over months. LPG's face programmes can sit alongside it as regular care.
If you can't tell which of these fits what you've noticed, the LPG call will narrow it down, and an in-person consultation will settle it.
Why a medical history comes before any LPG session
LPG is among the most comfortable treatments the clinic offers, and a medical history is what lets each session be set for you. Your circulation, the medicines you take, any recent surgery or injections and any implanted device all shape how strong the suction is and which areas are worked, so those questions come first, on the call, and briefly again before your first session.
Dr Priya, ART Clinic's medical director, is one of LPG's Key Opinion Leaders, and the clinic's Cellu M6 Infinity is a machine few London clinics have.

The clinic's complete fee listLPG questions,
including the awkward ones
Answers on comfort, time, courses and suitability, in the order people tend to ask.
Does LPG hurt?
It's designed not to, and most people find it relaxing. The suction is set to your skin's sensitivity before you start, and the sensation is a steady, rhythmic rolling as the head glides over the skin, a little firmer on the body; say the word and it's turned down at once.
Will LPG show, or keep me off work?
Neither, usually: with no needles and no numbing, there is nothing to heal. The only thing that could show is a little light bruising if you bruise easily, so mention that on the call and the suction is set to suit. What you tell anyone about your sessions is up to you.
How often, and for how long, would I come for LPG?
LPG's own guidance is two sessions a week for the first month, then one a month to keep it up. The face and malar programmes can be booked as six or twelve sessions, and for the body the number is agreed on the call.
Will I need to keep having LPG?
To keep what it gives you, yes. LPG works as ongoing care, and what a course does fades once sessions stop, so it is planned with regular upkeep, at a pace you choose.
What if LPG isn't for me?
Then you stop, with nothing to reverse and nothing lasting to undo. Tell your practitioner what didn't suit you, whether the sensation, the time or what you noticed, because a different programme or gentler settings may be the answer.
Is LPG suitable for men?
Yes. Men book it for the face or the body, and their reasons are much the same as anyone's; on the body, the suit keeps you covered where it is opaque. The aim is regular, comfortable care that fits around a working week.
What men come to ART Clinic for
Can LPG get rid of cellulite?
The lower-body programme gives the skin of the thighs, hips and buttocks regular, comfortable care, and people keep it up for how that skin looks and feels. For cellulite itself, the Body & Cellulite page explains what can change it, and where LPG fits alongside.
Will LPG help me lose weight or inches?
LPG is chosen for how the skin of the body looks and feels. If loose skin is what bothers you, Endolift® Body is designed to tighten it, and the two can sit in one plan.
Is the LPG malar programme for puffy eyes?
It's chosen for the skin itself: a short, focused session on the cheekbones and the skin beneath the eyes, as regular care for how that skin looks and feels. Puffiness usually comes and goes by itself; if it stays, or appears suddenly, see your GP, and for bags and shadows that have settled in, the page below sets out what the clinic offers.
Puffiness, bags and shadows under the eyes
Can I try LPG once before committing to a course?
Yes. Any programme can be booked on its own, planned on the call like the rest. If you'd like to try it on the face first, the Signature Belgravia Facial includes a step of LPG within a longer facial.
The facial with an LPG step
Can I have LPG after injectables or surgery?
Yes, with a short gap. LPG's own guidance is to wait two weeks after injections before that area is treated, and after cosmetic surgery to go ahead once your surgeon has agreed in writing. Tell us on the call what you've had, where and when, and your sessions are timed around it.
Could LPG suit me?
Very likely: LPG suits most adults who'd like regular, comfortable care for the skin of the face or body. A few things mean a session waits or is adapted: an infection, rash or cold sore on the area waits until it has cleared, and in pregnancy the abdomen and lower back are left alone, with other areas only once your doctor agrees. Anything else in your health that matters, from medicines to circulation, is picked up by the medical check on the call, and your nurse talks you through how it shapes your sessions.
What risks does LPG carry?
Few, and they are mild: the one people sometimes notice is a little light bruising, more likely with skin that bruises easily, and the suction is set gentler for skin like that. Your nurse keeps each session comfortable and goes through everything with you before your first session.
A call, then your sessions
Book the LPG consultation call to talk through your health and what you hope for. If you're weighing LPG against a treatment such as Endolift® Body, start instead with an in-person consultation.
A comprehensive diagnostic consultation: a thorough assessment leading to a truly bespoke treatment plan, created by you and your practitioner.
Either way, you'll know what LPG will do for you, and how it would fit your plan, before any course is booked. You won't be sold to, and you won't be pushed.
